Cybersecurity Solutions Manager - North America
WHO YOU ARE
As a senior leader at Mirai Security, the Cybersecurity Solutions Manager will play a dual role in both technical consulting and business development. The successful candidate will be a seasoned cybersecurity professional with expertise in risk management and a proven ability to drive sales growth. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead cybersecurity projects and build trusted relationships with clients, while actively identifying new opportunities and expanding Mirai’s client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with clients to create customized solutions that align with their business goals and industry best practices.
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding Mirai’s client base.
- Present business cases and data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, positioning Mirai as a trusted partner.
- Coach clients and internal teams on cybersecurity technologies and processes.
- Actively pursue and develop new opportunities for growth, both with existing clients and in new markets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through risk management strategies and offering insights into cutting-edge cybersecurity trends.
- Support internal teams in developing and implementing solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in cybersecurity consulting, risk management, and delivering impactful client solutions.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on relationship-building and identifying business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in client engagement, project leadership, and expanding business opportunities.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, frameworks, and emerging industry trends.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving cyber threats.
- Client-focused, results-oriented attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Proficient with the M365 suite of products.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams across disciplines, cultures, and backgrounds.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in cybersecurity software resales or partnership development.
- Fluency in additional languages is highly desirable for supporting our international clientele.
