Project Coordinator - North America
WHO YOU ARE
The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Mirai Security’s projects run smoothly, are within budget, and scope. Whether you’re looking for a full-time or part-time role, you will have the flexibility to deliver expert guidance while contributing to our clients' cybersecurity success.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively facilitate time-limited project activities to discern optimal strategies and actions for project team members and stakeholders. This involves identifying suitable personnel and aiding them in efficiently accessing and leveraging appropriate tools and resources.

Facilitate project meetings, project communications and status reporting

Act as the main point of contact with clients on the development of projects and follow up in a timely manner

Prepare, and present reports on project progress from the perspectives of scope, schedule, resources, metrics and financial status to stakeholder groups, external agencies, and organizations. Assists with the dissemination of information and knowledge related to project activities.
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of project documentation and data
- Coordinate a team of technical experts and provide orientation and work direction as necessary
- Keep Mirai’s Project Management system up-to-date for assigned projects and incoming opportunities
- Perform other related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- A positive, can-do, customer-focused attitude
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and excellent documentation skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, provide quality service, persuasively present resolution options, and commit to customer satisfaction
- Meticulous task-tracking, time tracking, note-taking/record-keeping, and documentation of client deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Aptitude for continuous learning and new skill development
- Willingness to ask questions, research, investigate, and push for innovation
- Proficient with M0365 suite of products
- Start-up thinking where there can be a need to take on duties outside of the immediate role to grow and scale the business
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members from various disciplines, cultures, and backgrounds.
