Sales Coordinator - North America
WHO YOU ARE
We are a boutique cybersecurity consulting team looking for someone who brings energy, organization, and sales skills. The Sales Coordinator role is the friendly first voice our clients hear, the steady hand that keeps sales moving, and the organizer who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll work closely with our Sales and executive team to qualify leads, keep deals moving, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way.
If you like a bit of variety - from chatting with clients, polishing up proposals, wrangling HubSpot, and keeping the team on track – you will feel right at home here.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first friendly touchpoint for new and prospective clients.
- Keep our sales process humming from qualifying leads to prepping proposals and making sure signatures land on time.
- Help us stay organized: update HubSpot, track deal stages, keep sales documents tidy, and maintain sales reports and records.
- Support client relationships: schedule check-ins, follow up on questions, and flag upsell/renewal opportunities.
- Pitch in on outreach - emails, LinkedIn, calls, and maybe even industry events.
- Be our behind-the-scenes hero: coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare proposals, and help the team look sharp with presentations.
- Spot ways to improve our process - whether it’s cleaning up a workflow or tweaking our proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales, client service, or coordination roles (tech or consulting background is a bonus, but not required).
- Super organized - you can juggle multiple things and still catch the details.
- Strong communicator - whether it’s writing a crisp client email or jumping on a quick call.
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or willing to learn quickly.
- Independent and proactive - you see what needs doing and run with it.
- A people person - clients and teammates enjoy working with you.
- Perpetual learner and self-motivator, able to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings into strategic and tactical recommendations to reduce cyber security risks
- Proficient with the M365 suite of products.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members from various disciplines, cultures, and backgrounds.
- Bonus: Fluency in additional languages enhances your ability to effectively support our international clientele.
