Senior Account Manager (Cybersecurity) – North America

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity? Mirai Security is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead our efforts in driving sales and managing relationships with top-tier clients across North America. This is a unique opportunity to shape the cybersecurity landscape, working with a cutting-edge consulting firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Sales Growth: Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, with a strategic focus on large-scale cybersecurity consulting projects.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key clients across North America, becoming their trusted cybersecurity advisor.
  • Tailored Sales Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for each account, leveraging the full portfolio of Mirai Security’s services.
  • Channel Partnerships: Collaborate with channel partners to jointly sell and promote Mirai Security's consulting services.
  • Customer Success: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring smooth project handoff to delivery teams and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Sales Expertise: 5+ years of outside sales experience, particularly in cybersecurity consulting or software sales.
  • Trusted Advisor: Strong ability to cultivate C-level relationships and influence decisions in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity trends, services, and best practices, allowing you to communicate value to clients effectively.
  • Full Sales Cycle Mastery: Experience managing all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to signed contracts, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to independently generate new business opportunities, showing initiative and drive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Building: Proven success in developing and managing relationships with senior-level decision-makers and key influencers.
  • Multitasker Extraordinaire: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with cybersecurity software resales is a major plus.
  • Fluency in additional languages is highly desirable for supporting our international clientele.
